Good News: Spring Break is only a week away!!!
Bad News: You probably have onemillionandseventeen assignments to complete before this elusive week of rest and relaxation. Or as grad students better know it as: the week of catch up on work and (hopefully) sleep.
But right now, trying to get all those papers written and assignments complete probably feels like this:

A lot of us feel like we are on the verge of (another?) mental break down.
And maybe you’ve managed to dodge the plague so far. Your roommate has it. Every student you tutor seems to walk in cloaked in germs and sneezing all over their papers.
Congratulations on your survival, but don’t get ahead of yourself. With your immune system weakened from the stress of this week, make sure to take opportunity to sleep more than 5 hours a night over break. You probably don’t need to be told that twice.
Relief is coming, so hang in there! And may you your spring break experience be this relaxing.
